Description
We will hike from the Dew Drop Valley (Frederick Road) to the top of Battle Bluff overlooking Kamloops Lake, approx. 5 to 6 km return. The trail is moderate with a steeper climb to the top, but we will be hiking at leisurely pace with lots of breaks. There could be some muddy/icy sections, boots and poles are recommended. Gaitors and ice spikes may be useful as well.
Meet at Brock Shopping Centre for 10am, leaving by 10:10 am. From there we will carpool, $3 for drivers is recommended – depending on the numbers of people per vehicle
Bring your hiking essentials, lunch and water.
4 dogs max, but will need to be leashed on the steeper sections. Please comment if you are bringing your dog.
