Description
A paddle out into flooded Tranquille Bay, across the river, and through flood channels and back
- if conditions are right, we can paddle up to 10km, but if its windy, we will stay on the north side of the river

- the river will be at full flow so anyone in a small kayak will need to be a stronger paddler (not for novices)
- the floodland channels are mostly flatwater knowledge of self-rescue is required; all safety equipment is required by Nav Canada and KHC too
- I will be in this area twice a week all month so contact me if you have a day available
- meet at the launch area at the Tranquille Wildlife Management area
