Description
A snowshoe to the top of Iago Mountain in the Coquihalla Summit area
- an early carpool in Kamloops
- drive to the trailhead at Zopkios Rest Area (1.5 hrs)
- snowshoe up the track past Ottomite Hill to the Iago Ridge route
- lunch at a sheltered spot
- this is not a novice route – adequate fitness, good equipment, and some snowshoe experience required (contact the leader to discuss if needed)
- we will snowshoe together and follow the same route (parallel tracks okay)
