Description
The Potluck/AGM starts at 5:00 but members are also invited to hike at 2:00 from the same spot.
- meet at Barnhartvale Hall at 2:00
- we will hike right from the Hall and return to the Hall by about 4:00 (or as late as 4:30)
- we will have 3 hike leaders for 2-3 groups
- Doug will lead a faster group and will hike a larger loop
- Michelle and Di will hike with another group and go at a more leisurely pace, probably on a smaller loop but the group can work that out on the way
- we will sort out the two groups when we meet up
- we think this is a good model for some other weekend KHC events and we want to try it out so we are looking for good participation and feedback
- although the initial part of the trail is a bit steep, the rest of the route is moderate
