Description
A hike into a high remote area in the Coquihalla Summit area on the south side of the Coquihalla River
- meet at the meet-up spot at Aberdeen Mall early to carpool ($20)
- drive to the trailhead – 2 hours+
- the last section of road is on the Tulameen Forest Service Road
- hike for 6 hours
- elevation gain – 1970 feet
- lunch along the way at a viewpoint
- dress for the conditions
- a group hike; please stay in touch with the group on the route
- good hiking boots and poles recommended
- this is bear country
- please ensure that you are well-prepared, as per the Ten Essentials
