Lois Rexin-Hunter

A Leader with the KHC since 2014 and a retiree (Special Education), my love of nature and the outdoors began as a toddler when growing up in a small seaside village on the Sunshine Coast where our ramshackle house was sandwiched between the Pacific Ocean, the surrounding majestic Coast Mountains, and the West Coast Rainforest. I now reside in the tiny hamlet of Lee Creek B.C. (North Shuswap) along with my geologist husband and fellow KHC Leader - Ed Hunter. My love of the outdoors seems perfectly paired with my love of photography and I experience much satisfaction in taking advantage of any opportunity that the KHC offers to combine these two passions! It is a real pleasure to be a member of the KHC and an honor to be one of its Leaders. I look forward to sharing some memorable adventures with you on the Trails.

We will coordinate in the Sorrento Home Restaurant parking lot (adjacent to the Sorrento Petro Can) at around 9:00. Keep in mind that it will take you close to an hour to get to Sorrento from Kamloops in good driving conditions. Right now the forecast is calling for intermittent sunshine and mild (-1 to -3) temperatures.
