A lovely scenic road ride from Louis Creek along backroads, farmlands and fields, through to Adams Lake, then a turnaround and ride the same way back.   Lovely spot for a swim if the weather allows!   Mostly rolling terrain and good pavement.   Suitable for road bikes or hybrid bikes and for fit experienced riders – distance about 80 Km.

Bring all essentials for changing punctures, extra clothing, plenty of food and water – no supplies en route at all.

We will meet at the Paul Lake meet up spot at 0830 to carpool out to Louis Creek.   Be prepared to pay your driver $10 if you choose to carpool.

I have been retired for several years now and enjoy many activities in the outdoors such as hiking, cycling, skiing, backpacking. I have lived in Canada for the last 35 years and spent a great deal of time exploring the Rockies, K-country, Kootenays and parts of BC.

I get out on a hike, ski or cycle ride several times a week either with the club or family and enjoy running multi day trips as well as day outings.I will lead fairly strenuous, moderate to steady paced outings as well as some starter outings.
