New members, join me on an easy to moderate snowshoe off the Lac le Jeune Rd, we will follow some established trails in the Bush Lake area. We will meet at the Aberdeen Mall location at 10:30 to arrange carpooling. If you are unsure where the meet up location is, scroll down “KHC Events” drop down menu and select “Meet-Up Locations”, I’ll be in a gray Ford Ranger truck. Allow for $5 for car pooling, there is no charge to snowshoe on these trails. We will remain as a group along the trail stopping for a short snack/lunch break along the trail. Dress for the conditions, poles, gaiters come in handy when snowshoeing, bring your camera, photos shared on Facebook are great to share with other members. Check out the KHC site drop down menu “Kamloops Hiking Club” selecting “Guidelines and Expectations” bring your ten essentials. If you need to cancel, do so in a timely manner to allow others the opportunity to join in, renewing members please don’t sign up till Saturday, Jan. 16th.
