John Moslin

I have been hiking in the Kamloops area for a number of years enjoying the alpine in the summer months. Joined the KHC in 2011 and have been leading hikes and snowshoe events ranging from moderate to difficult for over two years. Look forward to sharing the trail with others in the club.

It would be awesome if this hike can be scheduled for a weekend day – for those of us who work during the week. Would love to do this one!

To be fair, John and Carole are giving us a day of their time as volunteers and the day they have to do this is a weekday. We can’t expect them to add another day on the same route into their busy personal schedules. Other leaders may choose to lead a hike on this route on a weekend if it fits their personal time. I have led this one twice myself. Some of the better hikes land on weekends and some land on weekdays. All of KHC’s 200+ events are really a “gift” of the Hike Leaders time but each one aligns with the leader’s availability and interest.

Please remember to bring $5.00 fee to register at the Band Office on the morning of the hike. Also, please check the posting on the evening and early AM of the hike for any changes that may occur due to the weather. Please note- It is the responsibility of KHC members to check the posting on a regular basis for any cancellation. See you soon for an amazing display of flowers!! Regards, Carole & John.
