No details yet, but the usual process is to contact the Kamloops Thompson Trails Alliance rep and meet at the designated spot.   It usually takes much of the day.

There are usually two teams – the chainsaw team and the cleanup/support team, but we will update this listing when we have more details.

April 30 – Grasslands Community Trail

May 6 – Battle Bluff and Dewdrop Trails

We do not register for KTTA events through the KHC website.   It is usually done by email/phone to the event coordinator (usually from the Kamloops Outdoor Club).   KHC is a member of the KTTA and supports trail maintenance in the area.   We have third-party liability for Trails Alliance activities, but no personal injury coverage so safety is always a priority.

Update – from the organizwe Al Michel:

“No experience is necessary as most trail building requires clearing of twigs, fallen branches and pickup of litter. All ages and abilities are welcome.
