Description
This is a true tramp as there is not an established trial. We will drive on Frederick Road until it starts its descend to the vacation site of Frederick. We will drop one car at the Kamloops Bluff parking lot so we will only have to hike one way. We will follow the ridge above Kamloops lake. It should be barren ground and snowshoes or traction devices will not be needed. Time permitting, we may hike the Bluff or continue the ridge past the bluff.
We will be on an exposed ridgeline so dress for the conditions and a steady forecast wind of 8 KPH.
