You have not renewed your KHC Membership for 2017.

Did you forget to renew your 2017 membership? If so, please read the Important Notes to complete your renewal.

You must complete your renewal before you can login to the Kamloops Hiking Club to book and participate in 2017 club events.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. To complete your renewal please do the following:

• Go to the Kamloops Hiking Club website.

• Click on the “Register Now” link on the front page.

• Complete “Step 2 Sign eWaiver” and “Step 3 Payment”.

• Within three days, check for an email from SmartWaiver.

• Click on the link in the email to verify your new eWaiver.

Note: You do not have to create a new Registration Form (Step 1)

2. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.  You do not need a Paypal account to complete payment.  You can do so as a PayPal guest by choosing the option ‘Pay by Credit Card’ when on the Paypal page.

Kamloops Hiking Club is in the process of updating member registration. We are asking members to update their profile contact information. Please make sure this information is current, as it is important

To update your information, go to “Edit my profile” after login and fill in the appropriate fields.

“Edit my profile” can be located by holding your mouse over your name in the top right hand corner.

2017 KHC Membership Renewals Last Call

This is the last call for existing members to renew their membership for 2017.

You must have completed your renewal prior to January 1st to be able to continue booking and participating in 2017 club events.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Each member must complete this with their own logins.  Do not use anyone else’s login to complete the process.

2. Please ensure that you check your profile information for accuracy.

3. Waiver names must match names in the KHC profile. If you are not sure, please review your profile.

4. Paypal is the preferred method of payment.  You do not need a Paypal account to complete payment.  You can do so as a PayPal guest by choosing the option ‘Pay by Credit Card’ when on the Paypal page.

Welcome to new and returning KHC Members

This year plans to be as event filled as 2015. As we begin a new year, here are some things of note:

  • Our club is run by volunteers: Event leaders and board members give of their personal time to make the club what it is. We welcome your questions and comments, please be patient with response time.
  • Event Descriptions:Please read the event descriptions carefully before booking. Event leaders design the event for a certain profile of participant. Events are rated , easy, moderate, harder and challenging. Event leaders have the final say as to who will attend the event. If you have any questions about the event, contact the event leader.   • Membership Cards: Our membership card entitles you to discounts at local vendors. The list of vendors is located on our website. The discount is for membership card holders only, please have a photo id handy when making a purchase. These discounts are for items that the vendor deems as eligible for outdoor activity. Membership cards will be mailed to members in January 2016

  • Cancellations: We understand that cancellations do happen. Chronic cancellations of events by members prevents others from participating. If you are having problems booking an event check the website regularly for cancellations (usually the night before).

The board of directors wish you  a safe and enjoyable year, see you on the trails.
