McQueen Lake

Lac du Bois Road > McQueen Lake

  • Please note that McQueen Lake is private property.
  • Although hikers and snowshoers sometimes use the south end of the property, McQueen Lake does want strangers passing through when students are on the site.   Please avoid the Overnight Center at the north end of the trail system.
  • The trailhead to the Community Grasslands Trail is at the edge of the fence on the east side.   Here is a link to the access information – link.
  • KHC often parks in a large pullout area south of the McQueen Lake property to access the upper grasslands area.
  • KHC snowshoes the area south of the property in winter.
